Financial Aid

At Classics Elite, we understand the importance of fostering talent and providing opportunities for all aspiring athletes, regardless of financial circumstances. We believe that every player should have access to high-quality training and competitive experiences. Our objective in providing financial aid is to ensure that talented individuals can pursue their passion for soccer without financial barriers hindering their progress. Classics Elite is dedicated to promoting excellence in soccer and empowering young athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Purpose:

The primary objective of Classics Elite Soccer Academy is to deliver exceptional soccer instruction within a dynamic and enjoyable environment to the youth residing in San Antonio and its surrounding areas. We are dedicated to making soccer accessible to all individuals and recognize that financial constraints may pose a challenge for some families. To address this, our Financial Aid (FA) program has been meticulously crafted to render Select and Academy soccer more affordable for families with limited financial resources. It is important to note that our assistance is solely determined by financial need, devoid of any consideration for playing ability. Our Financial Aid program operates on a limited budget each year, and awards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. This ensures that deserving families receive the support they require, aligning with our commitment to making soccer a feasible and enriching experience for all participants.

Information:

All Financial Aid applications are treated with utmost confidentiality and exclusively evaluated by CE Administrators/FA Committee. The annual review and acceptance process necessitates any adjustments or modifications to be made during the application submission. Our FA Committee exclusively reviews completed applications. It is imperative to note that Financial Aid cannot be applied retroactively. Eligibility for Financial Aid is intended solely to players in good standing within the club.

Scope of Coverage:

Financial Assistance extends solely to Club Fees and does not encompass supplementary expenses such as uniforms, tournament fees, travel expenses, or online transaction fees. It is important to note that financial assistance is not provided for the entire 100% of club fees. Each player bears responsibility for a $300 non-refundable commitment fee. Once this commitment fee is settled, Financial Assistance will be duly applied to the player's account.

Requirements for Approved Financial Aid Recipients:

Individuals granted Financial Aid (FA) for the year are obligated to fulfill the following obligations:

  1. Payment of the $300 Commitment Fee: Approved recipients must settle the $300 commitment fee as an essential step to solidify their commitment.

  2. Volunteer Commitment: Participate in the Club's volunteer program by contributing a minimum of 15 hours. Volunteer opportunities will be communicated throughout the year.

  4. Purchase of Required Uniform Kit: Acquire the mandated uniform kit to ensure compliance with Club standards.

  5. Participation in Fundraising Activities: Actively engage in and contribute to any Club-sponsored fundraising initiatives as part of the collective effort to support the organization.

These requirements are designed to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment for all participants while maintaining the integrity of the Financial Aid program.
