Cancellation & Non-Payment Policy

At Classics Elite, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to modify your registration or request a refund. We aim to provide a transparent and fair policy to address such situations. Both cancellations and refund requests require a 30 day written notice prior to consideration. During the 30-day notice period, customers are expected to fulfill any outstanding obligations, such as payment of dues or adherence to terms outlined in the agreement.

1. Registration Fees:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable once a player has been registered with the club for a season or program. This is because the club incurs administrative costs and commits resources based on the registration.

2. Prorated Refunds:

  • Prorated refunds will be considered in certain circumstances, such as if a player sustains a season-ending injury early in the season. The decision to issue a pro-rated refund will be made on a case-by-case basis and is subject to review by the club's administration.

3. Requesting a Refund:

  • To request a refund, members or their guardians must submit a written request to the club's administration, providing details of the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate for injuries). Refunds will not be considered for reasons other than season ending injuries, loss of employment, or a move by the immediate family to another city outside San Antonio and surrounding areas. Requests must be submitted via email to admin@classicselite.com.

4. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds that meet the criteria will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the request is approved by the club's administration. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used for the original transaction.

5. No Pay, No Play Policy:

  • Players who are 30 days past due will be suspended from participating in club activities until payment is received in full. This suspension may include exclusion from practices, games, and other events.

  • Once payment is received and processed, suspended players will be reinstated and allowed to participate in club activities again, provided they meet all other eligibility requirements.

6. Exceptions and Disputes:

  • Exceptions to the refund policy may be granted in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the club's board or management.

  • Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled according to the club's internal dispute resolution process, which may involve mediation or arbitration.

7. Policy Updates:

  • Classics Elite Soccer Academy reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to members through the club's official communication channels.

By registering with Classics Elite Soccer Academy, members and their guardians agree to abide by the terms of this refund/cancellation policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Classics Elite reserves the right to modify or terminate these policies at any time.
